Another modality or style of counseling I do is Career Counseling. This work is geared toward helping you get comfortable with your work, vocation, or purpose. Since most of us spend such a large percentage of our lives doing something productive to earn a living, I feel it is very important that it be a good fit.
Career Counseling is helpful when you are struggling with choosing a work path, or feeling the need to re-evaluate your current work. This can be helpful for high school and college students, or for people more established in a work situation. There are a variety of tools available to help you clarify for yourself what you are wanting and needing now.
I am a provider of MBTI® as well as the Strong Interest Inventory® which are useful tools for helping you know yourself better in comparison to others, in order to choose a direction with more information.
My training in Career Counseling includes:
- Masters in Counseling and Career Development, Colorado State University – 2009
- Facilitator training for Who You Are Matters! – 2017
